March at the Chicago History Museum

Feb 23 2010

logoEven though we were told by the nation’s most famous weatherman that we can expect six more weeks of winter, things are already beginning to heat up as the month of March begins to give us whiffs of spring here in the Windy City.  Next month, the Chicago History Museum will be offering several special events including a celebration for Chicago’s  173rd birthday, a showing of the film Lioness, about five female support soldiers who saw actual combat in World War II, and OUT at CHM presents Queer Latinos: Art and Change.  Be sure to grab one of our handbills which gives more details on these events!
