Celtic Woman makes its way to the Rosemont Theatre next month for two live performances of Songs From the Heart. Join musical director David Downes and the cast as they perform selections from the acclaimed CD/DVD.

Last year, Celtic Woman performed two shows at the Chicago Theater. Those in attendance were treated to amazing performances, and are surely looking forward to the latest tour. We are doing our part to help spread the word on the upcoming performances by distributing handbills and posters to Irish neighborhoods and locations in Chicago. The intergalactic super group that is Angels and Airwaves comes back to Chicago for another appearance! Made up of Tom DeLonge, David Kennedy, Atom Willard, and Matt Wachter, Angels and Airwaves have been making headlines around the world thanks to their sold out shows and chart topping albums.

R&B prodigy, Grammy award winner, and Def Jam artist Chrisette Michele makes her way to Chicago as part of her latest tour in support of the new album, Epiphany.

Two weekends ago, our street team went to the Mariah Carey concerts at the Chicago Theater where we passed out handbills to all of the Mariah fans in attendance. We’ll also be in the street distributing these same handbills along with posters (which we printed) throughout the city of Chicago. Sharon Isbin has been hailed as “the preeminent guitarist of our time” by Boston Magazine. Now, the Grammy Award-winning classical guitarist and violinist Mark O’Connor team up for their Chicago premiere at the Harris Theater!. Joined by several other musicians, the performance will highlight Isbin’s new album, Journey to the New World.

Our friends at the Old Town School of Folk Music are very excited to bring this year’s Spring Festival of African Music to life!  Starting this month and running through April, the festival will bring some of the finest talent to the city of Chicago.  Acts include Baaba Maal, Tinariwen, and Bela Fleck’s The African Project.

We’ll be executing a special distribution in support of the festival bringing brochures and posters to various neighborhoods in the city. Be sure to pick one up to find out more about other shows coming up, in addition to all that the OTSFM has to offer!

Prepare yourselves for the ultimate holiday show with Trans-Siberian Orchestra! Making it’s way to Chicago for two performances, TSO is sure to blow the minds of fans old and new as they rip through holiday classics, as well as cuts from their new double album Night Castle.

We are helping our friends at Live Nation promote the upcoming shows by executing several hand-to-hand flyer distributions this week.  Our street team will be visiting Christkindlmarket, the new ice rink at Wrigley Field, and many other holiday events throughout the city.  Keep an eye out for us, and be sure to grab a handbill!

This spring is looking like the best yet for Old Town School of Folk Music’s concert line up! With names like Booker T, John Prine, and Bela Fleck (pictured left), OTSFM is setting itself up for a very busy season.

We’ll be starting our distribution for OTSFM this week, bringing spring concert brochures all over the city.  Tickets for the spring concerts went on sale to the general public this  past Friday, but if you are a member of OTSFM, you can purchase tickets now!

What do you get when you combine  Jim James, Conor Oberst, Mike Mogis, and M. Ward? Monsters of Folk of course!  This powerhouse super-group has been generating buzz for a while now.  Their debut album has garnered high praise among critics, making their tour highly anticipated.  We are in the middle of promoting for their upcoming appearance in Chicago, and will be passing out flyers at this weekend’s Wilco shows.  If you see us, be sure to drop by, say “hi”, and most importantly: grab a flyer!  You’ll notice the quality craftsmanship of the materials because they were all printed in house!

To help garner more attention for Bob Dylan & His Band’s three day residency at the Aragon, our friends at the Advice Agency commissioned us to print and distribute posters for the concerts. We printed a few hundred, and then proceeded to blanket the city with them.  Thanks to the addition of our printworks division, direction has become a one stop for all of your promotional needs.  Tickets for these performances are almost all gone, so be sure to grab yours in order to see Dylan in this intimate setting.

Chicago indie heroes Wilco return home for two shows at the UIC Pavilion.  Due to the first show selling out, a second one had to be added.  We are helping getting the word out on the second show by printing posters through our new direction printworks division, and then distributing them throughout the city to colleges and different neighborhoods. Be sure to get your tickets right away!
